The Low Profile Rail Adapter Kit is compatible with most rail types, including Ops-Core ARC and M-LOK rails. It enables seamless integration of hearing protection or communication headsets directly onto helmet rails, eliminating the need for uncomfortable straps that cause hotspots and headaches.

Important:

For M-LOK, ensure the T-Nut is vertical in the slot. If angled, it may pop off under strong pressure.
For ARC you will use the same included T-Nut.
Avoid over-torquing bolts and use the included Loctite.

Our design minimizes the overall profile of tactical helmet headset systems by using lightweight aluminum and glass-filled nylon for durability and smooth rotation. The adapter is 80% slimmer than competitors and now features pre-bent wires and built-in springs for easier rotation when headsets are not in use.

Ok for the price

It’s ok for the price. You’ll have to bend the rails in for a snug seal to keep out noise better. Also ensure you lock the MLOK screws in, otherwise they tend to pull out while wearing it. Overall, not bad

I got a bump helmet, so I could have a sold platform for my NVGs. The helmet is so comfortable and is high quality. Very good product, and very pleased!

Doesn't work on ARC rail

I still haven't been able to make these work at all.

First, using them on an ARC rail is a pain. The page says you can use the same t-nut for the ARC rail adapter, but that's not true. It's clearly molded for an M4x0.7mm nut. I had to get those from a hardware store.

Once I got it on the rail I ran into the second problem. Even with taller gel cups on my walkers, these wouldn't even hold the muffs to my head. I tried to bend them in further and that didn't work either. I'm currently at a loss right now for how to even make these work with my helmet.

Unless you pair these with a HHV helmet with their MLok rails (I assume they'll work on those...) don't even bother with these. Real Peltor mounts are only ~$70 and are known good. Save yourself the headache and just avoid these.

2 stars because I assume they'll work with HHV helmets. 1 stay in my experience with ARC rails.

Fitting

Installation was easy enough, but it doesn’t provide a very snug fit around my ears. It’s just kind of there hovering over them. Took a lot of maneuvering to get the ear pro to actually fit to my head.
